Black and yellow define the Ernst Benz Chronoscope GC40117: a black dial with yellow luminous numerals, and white cathedral hands that carry yellow luminous fill. A tachymeter scale runs around the edge of the 44 mm brushed steel case.
Subsidiary seconds, day and date sit with the three-part chronograph, driven by an automatic Valjoux 7750 with Incabloc, a Glucydur balance and a Nivarox hairspring. The sapphire exhibition back shows the movement, and 50 meters of water resistance is rated. The handmade leather strap, 22 mm, uses a steel pin buckle.
