Refund Policy
The right of cancellation applies to private customers (not companies). A refund within 14 days applies only to in-stock items from the Hot Deals section labelled “in stock”; items labelled with a lead time, custom orders, and sale items are not eligible.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the exact condition received, in original packaging, with all original manufacturer stickers and seals fully intact. Returned items are quality-checked at the originating dealership.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued in Bitcoin based on the EUR value of the purchase, after deducting transport, insurance, and any applicable fees, at the exchange rate at the time the return is received and inspected. If Bitcoin has appreciated since purchase, you may receive fewer bitcoins than you paid.
Exchanges
Items are replaced only if defective or damaged. To arrange a return or exchange, contact support. You are responsible for return shipping except for defective or damaged items; trackable, insured shipping is recommended.
